Self-esteem vs. Self-confidence
Launchpad Member Wellness Presents:
Self-esteem vs. Self-confidence Conversation:
Many times self-esteem and self-confidence are used interchangeable, even though they are different concepts. Self-esteem is how you feel about yourself, while self-confidence is your views on your ability to complete a task. This workshop will discuss these differences and ways to see yourself as acceptable and worthy, and to challenge your comfort zone.
