How and When To Build Your Team

RBC Launchpad Music Entrepreneurship Program presents...

There are many ways in which to build a team and many paths to both success and failure. Rather than give you boxes to check off this workshop focuses on giving you the tools to assess which parts of your business require a team, and how to properly judge and assess those candidates.

About the Speaker:

Josh Pothier is a music industry professional with over fifteen years of experience in everything from live performance, tour & artist management, publishing, grant writing, label operations, and day to day. Currently, he is the managing director of the Kingsway Music Library founded by multi-platinum producer Frank Dukes and works out of the ArtHaus, a boutique music and media company started by his mentor Sandy Pandya.
