A Mindful Sleep Workshop
This workshop will teach you what yoga nidra (mindful sleep) is, why we practice it, how the benefits of this transformative practice can impact our daily lives, and more importantly, our quality of sleep! As we continue to navigate daily anxieties and stressors amid winter and an ongoing pandemic, our rest has suffered. Through this workshop, we’ll understand how to mindfully reclaim it through an interactive group conversation, with time for reflection followed by a full nidra practice led by Patricia!
About the Instructor
Patricia is a Certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor, a Yoga Nidra facilitator and a Continuing Educator with Yoga Alliance. She has obtained 200 hour Yoga Teachers Training at the Yoga Sanctuary in Toronto & 300 hour in Rishikesh, India at Shiva Yoga Peeth to gain the full eastern experience. She has a love for serving others and guiding people back to the beauty they have within.
