CREATIVE SURVIVAL GUIDE - 2 - TIMELINES, EXECUTABLES, DELIVERABLES, REALITY

With the almost daily shifts in culture & the industry that is driven by it, there seems to be more room than ever to put your work forward, but where do you start?

Session 1: BUILDING YOUR MUST-HAVES
You need to know what you’re working so hard for, we often mistake these and confuse them, we’re going to think about them critically here to be able to move forward from solid ground.

You Will Learn

  • Reality vs. Dreams

  • What you are already an expert at & what you’re not

  • Building a list, yeah, really that simple

Session 2: TIMELINES, EXECUTABLES, DELIVERABLES, REALITY
Now that you have a foundation to build from, you need to synthesize them into something actionable & practical – no matter how crazy your “thing” is.

You Will Learn

  • Timelines

  • Executables

  • Deliverables

  • Reality

Session 3: PERFECT IT, REPACKAGE, REPITCH.
Great, so you’ve done the “thing” now how can you make it better? How can you repeat the successes and avoid the failures? How can you pitch it again & turn it into cash flow?

You Will Learn
  • How to be critical in your thinking without hurting yourself

  • Ego driven vs. Result driven

  • Pitching 101 / pricing 101
