About the Speaker:

FORT Entertainment is an independent music management company, built by and for creators. FORT has a roster & catalogue that spans an eclectic range of genres, developing the careers of underground, innovative, multidisciplinary artists a little left-of-center. The company focuses on prioritizing and nurturing artistry, where artists create without limits often contributing to the new wave of music history. We are a completely independent company, built by and for creators. Invisible Records is a new label venture from the minds of Mira Silvers + Ffi Lewis focusing on limitless music and multidisciplinary artists creating groundbreaking music, visuals, technology, and art.

Originally from Atlanta, Mira Silvers has spent the past 10 years wearing different hats in the music industry working between Chicago + Montreal. She has worked on several marketing projects and creative production for teams such as TDE (Kendrick Lamar), Ashley Weston (Chadwick Boseman), COLORSXSTUDIOS, Red Bull Music (US), Highsnobiety HQ, SSENSE, Adidas, Telfar, Balmain, Audi, Tidal, FADER, Vans, and Nike, to name a few. Mira has successfully helped develop artists such as bbymutha, Backxwash, Butch Dawson, Ryahn, and Zandoli II, to name a few. Under her direction, FORT placed clients on major touring slots with Masego, Rejjie Snow, Earl Sweatshirt, Kali Uchis x Jorja Smith, KLLO, Solange, and JPEGMAFIA. Additionally, Mira serves as a Director, Board of Directors at the MMF Canada (Music Managers Forum) advocating for music managers and their clients. In 2020, selected Mira Silvers as an honoree to their 2020 ALT POWER MUSIC LIST selected by Native Instruments, SONOS, Instagram Music, and Water & Music.

In January 2020, we welcomed a new partner Ffi Lewis, who joins us from London, UK with over six years experience working at labels Domino Recording Co. & state51, where she managed the strategy and implementation of international label releases for an eclectic roster of artists. Prior to joining the team at state51, she worked at music and cultural consultancy, Sound Diplomacy, consulting on music and night time economy strategies for city governments and property developers.
