A Guided Meditation with Bianca Venerayan
Yin yoga is a restorative practice featuring simple yet deep stretches. A guided meditation, breathing techniques, and slow, intentional movement come together for a meditative experience that relaxes the mind and body. All you need is a yoga mat, some blocks or pillows, and an hour of your day to leave the class feeling lighter and more open.
About the Instructor
Bianca Venerayan is a yoga/meditation teacher, sound healer, and Psychology major. Her style of beginner-friendly yoga has a heavy focus on alignment, mindfulness, and breathing techniques. Living in London but having obtained her yoga teaching training in Thailand, she is passionate about bringing the practice and philosophies to life in the big city.
