Self - Massage

In this workshop, we will explore a variety of self-massage techniques to help in the release of tension within the body.We often use meditation to soften the mind. One can use simple self-massage techniques, that are easy to learn, helping to heal aches and pains by learning to massage the self. The physical softening of your own body, will always calm the mind and draw the user into a state of natural bliss.Learning these simple life skills will make your body a better place to live in.About the Instructor David Bruni has been a student of yoga for over 25 years and a Shiatsu Therapist for 20 years. He has fused his knowledge of these practices into a yoga-self-massage class. David's background in bodywork allows him to have a deeper understanding of the complexity of the human body and gives him a greater appreciation of how unique each body is from the next.What you will need for this class: A mat, comfortable clothing, dowel, broomstick or some sort of long rod.Join Zoom Meeting Registration is required to get the access code.
