About the Instructor
Melissa Doldron, RMT
Melissa is a Registered Massage Therapist, Stretch Therapist and Movement Educator. Aside from her clinical practice in Toronto, she also works with a variety of high performance athletes across MLB, NBA, NCAA and Track and Field. She also teaches yoga-informed movement classes throughout the year.
She believes movement is medicine, and good recovery is the key to performance. A massive sports enthusiast, among running, cycling and yoga, watching baseball is her jam. When not on her bike or on her mat, you’ll find her traveling to ball parks across North America in search of the perfect game.
What you will need for this class:
- A yoga mat
- Moveable clothes
Yoga mats are also avaliable on site on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Please note, COVID-19 protocols will be in effect, including mandatory face coverings, physical distancing, and limited group sizes, to ensure a safe experience.
In accordance with the Provincial mandate participants aged 12 years or older before the end of 2021, will need to be fully vaccinated (i.e. one dose of a single vaccine series or two doses of a double vaccine series approved by Health Canada, plus 14 days) and provide their proof of vaccination along with photo ID, unless deemed exempt for a medical reason.
Photographs and/or video will be taken at this event. By taking part in this event you grant the event organisers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications. If you do not wish to be photographed please inform an event organiser.
